All new clients receive our annual maintainance support free for one year and includes remote assistance to allow our support team to respond in a timely manner.

For existing Clients, any software bugs or glitches is the responsibility of the software vendor. Any additional updates, enhancements or customization not covered in the system will be billed to the client at a cost of USD$75.00 per hour or part thereof.

Our annual Maintenance/Service Agreement covers any user/system errors, National formulary updates, etc. Annual maintenance fees are billed in US dollars and are at the following rates:

Quarterly: US $625.00
Semi Annually: US $1,000.00
Annually: US $1,500.00

Training

Training will be provided as part of the initial installation, setup and configuration of the product. This will be "hands-on" type training and is performed on site as part of the initial setup procedure.

The implementation phase will be based on a "parallel crossover" given the compatibility of the current and new systems. This is always a delicate procedure since it is vital to preserve the integrity of the current data while maintaining a seamless data conversion. However, if both systems are in compatible then the conversion is likely to be almost straightforward. If incompatible, then we will need to allocate some time to examine and implement alternate methods of data retrieval and conversion.

System Requirements

Although the minimum hardware requirements for this package will be a Pentium II with 128MB RAM, we cannot guarantee efficient performance with this hardware. We therefore highly recommend the following hardware which will greatly enhance the operation of this software:

  • 1800MHz or better
  • 256MB RAM on Windows 98SE, 512MB on Windows 2000 or 1GB RAM on XP
  • 1GB of free Hard Drive space (minimum)

Users will definitely need to backup their files on a regular basis. There are a number of backup systems currently available to the end-user, however, we recommend an efficient tape system (QIC-80 compatible) with a backing storage capacity of 3-8GB minimum or better. Colorado Backup systems but your files will begin to expand rapidly after constant use and you may need to consider implementing higher capacity storage devices. We recommend RAID for best performance.
